This is a really cool restaurant with a relatively small number of innovative, exquisitely presented dishes. We had spaghetti, gnocchi, octopus and the most incredible, buttery soft tuna. Undoubtedly the best tuna I’ve tasted outside of Japan. The ingredients are top quality and the flavours are quite unlike anything else I’ve tried before. Off the touristy paths you'll find this quaint location focused on seafood. Slow food style that was delicious. Provided table appetizer and bread upon entry. All of our courses were delicious and paired it with red wine the waiter recommended from their list based on his and our preferences. We would come back again.

The food, service and atmosphere was simply divine! The best seafood we ate during our trip in Italy. The food was delicious and complex with our being over the top making it fine dining. Portion sizes were good and good value for money. Could not recommend more highly!

The food presentation is simply beautiful. We were given a bonus welcome appetizer and then had great tuna tartare, and two excellent pasta dishes. The amberjack (Ricciola in crosta di noci brasiliane) was a bit on the bland side for my taste. The cannoli with amaretto was lovely. Friendly service and nice small environment.
Great restaurant run by a charming and hard working couple. We have eaten here twice and the food is delicious - fresh, simple and tasty. Excellent local wine. I’ve got a few allergies and they were very accommodating. Please visit as much for the food and service as for giving support to help Alessio and Tonia make their business succeed.

This was the perfect meal to break up the pasta and meat-focused meals I had while away. The dishes were creative, perfectly balanced, and so delicious. The staff there was really kind and attentive. I'm so happy I ended up here. If you are looking for a break from more traditional Italian food while abroad, but want to ensure you still have a fabulous, local, inspired meal -- this is the perfect option.

Great place! Very thoughtful menu and amazing wines 😊 besides, very nice and friendly people work there! Unfortunately didn’t take a photo of the deserts but they were great as well - white chocolate and pistachio one is my favourite 😄

Extraordinary food experience and a lovely atmosphere in this cosy restaurant in Firenze. After hearing out my preferences, the friendly and charming staff gave me some great recommendations and in the end both food and wine were an absolute delight! The Ink cappellacci were exceptional and the pistachio strawberry mousse was a fantastic ending to the meal. We had a terrific meal here on our last day in Florence. The seafood was finely cooked and inventive. Desserts also were superb. This new restaurant deserves to be a success. Go!

This is one of the best quality meals we’ve had in Florence. Everything was perfect. The flavors were inventive and exquisite. The presentation was beautiful. It’s hard to imagine such fabulous food coming out of such a tiny kitchen. The chef is a true genius.

This is a cute little place run by a couple of chefs. The food has major Japanese influences and the flavours are a delicate mingling of some Italian staples (like risotto) with tropical, eastern flavours and fish tartare.
All of the fish was beautifully prepared and the tartare was extremely fresh. The wine was nice but a little pricey.
The service was lovely and we sat alongside the kitchen which has a glass frontage so you could see your food hitting the pan.
